Except that the question "male to male sex" is discriminatory. It doesn't ask you "received anal sex", it asks you about your sexual orientation. Plain and simple, discriminatory and non-scientific because male-to-female sex has the exact same risks.
It's not. Risky male to female sex is also excluded (sleeping with anyone involved in the sex industry). It's a question of exposure to mixing blood, and thus communicating disease. Statistically, Male to Male sex increases that risk. Also, if it was a homophobic policy female to female sex would be deemed a risk factor, but it's not, as it does not carry elevated risk. And to clarify, I'm not saying elevated means high - I'm saying it means higher.

Can any cell phone capable of connecting to the web be used as a Bluetooth modem with an iPad that's been jail broke?

Sweet. As an adamant dotmac user this looks really cool. I use my web-mail frequently at work and it's nice to see it getting a major update! Hopefully they update the rest of dotmac too. As is it works great, but it could use some new features.

I wonder how many of these posts are trolls? I haven't had any issues whatsoever with 4.3.1. I also didn't have any problems with 4.3; battery life has been absolutely stellar and call performance actually improved in 4.3.1.
The timing of all these "bitching" posts just seems suspicious.
Maybe, but there have been some issues. The battery thing was real. 4.3.1 improved it for me.

Did anyone hear the word 'Tasks' mentioned? Colors in iCal isn't bad when long overdue. But an iPhone without Tasks (not to mention recurring Tasks) is still not a substitute for a plain organizer, be it a Palm or a BlackBerry. Did I miss it or are we still waiting for the next Update? For the time being I'll stick to my T5 and my old Siemens Mobile.

Yes, it does support the new HD camera.
Photobooth takes photos in 720p, although video is done in 480. Strange.
At least, in the original DP2. 11A444d was very buggy for me with iTunes and Mail for some reason, had to downgrade, didn't think to try Photobooth then.

1) Never work with a friend of a friend.
2) Never work for free.
3) Never work for a start up business UNLESS it has a larger group behind it (Public/private equity group, blue chip client with a new business, etc.. is ok).
4) Never do work for a religious organisation (seriously not a good idea). Or for that matter a union...
5) If you lie with dogs you'll get fle<b>a</b>s. Never work on a project you wouldn't want other clients seeing as a client of yours on your Portfolio.
6) Never work with a company where they can't speak your native language... Cheque time comes and "miso soli me no undastandy".
7) Be choosy about who you want to work with. Talented designers will always find work while talentless designers wont.
[8] I found in experience if you price yourself a certain way you tend to loose the "bottom feeding clients" as I like to call them. It also means the people who take up the service generally understand the price positioning thus have an idea of intrinsic value assigned to it.

As a premium choice, I would be using an M-Audio Audiophile card, internal or external, as it seems to be the best of the bunch available for Macs.

I think Apple will incorporate this type of functionality into their first phone. Why the heck else would people buy it, because it's pretty?! It has to have enough sweet features to convince people to drop their current phone and maybe even contract, otherwise it's going to be a huge and very very well publicized flop. They've gotten a lot of free press lately on the iPhone so they can't screw this up or the general public (not just us mac geeks) will hear about it.

That's not true - the change is not made in the rate plan section of the website. It's in the "manage features" section.
